Privacy policy
Effective October 18, 2026. This describes the owner's personal Claude Gmail Connector integration with EliteHp in OpenClaw.
This policy covers the personal email connector described here. For questions, use the site contact page.
Access and use
The connector requests access to read Gmail messages and settings, and to manage drafts. Google groups sending permission with draft permission, but the configured MCP send tool is disabled. Basic account identity is used to verify that the intended account is connected.
Email data is retrieved from Google only to perform the owner's requested email-assistance tasks. Returned content can be processed by OpenClaw and its configured model. The current setup uses a local model on Ubuntu. A separately signed-in Mac browser is available as a fallback for requested actions.
Storage
OAuth credentials are stored on the owner's Ubuntu computer with restricted file permissions. Email content returned to an agent may be retained in local OpenClaw conversations and logs. Attachments may be retained locally when the owner requests retrieval. The owner controls these computers, their backups, and retention.
Sharing
This personal integration does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI models. Its public information pages contain no mailbox data or OAuth credentials. Google processes API and authentication requests. Any future use of an external model or additional service would be a separate configuration change.
Owner control
The owner can disconnect the app in Google Account's third-party connections settings and remove locally saved credentials, attachments, and conversation data. Revoking access stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically erase existing local records or backups.
The integration's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
